On Saturday 23 October 2021, Auta Group Managing Director James Guo alongside Hon Jing Lee MLC and the Right Honourable Lord Mayor of Adelaide Sandy Verschoor, launched Victoria Tower - 36 Grote Street, to Adelaide.

Appropriately, the launch was held in the Victoria Room of the Hilton Adelaide Hotel, as a scale model of Victoria Tower was unveiled to reveal this magnificent 36 level building, comprising 9 levels of commercial floor tenancies, with the balance showcasing 286 Apartment styles including studio, dual key, one, two and three bedroom living, plus six luxury penthouses.

In 2025 standing tall at 120 metres, VTA is now visible from all directions outside the city.  The project is progressing rapidly towards competition.  The structure is nearing its topping-out milestone.  Interior works have reached the 20th floor, which is now at lock-up stage.  The vision of welcoming future residents is coming closer to reality.
