February 7th @ 10am  a new art installation celebrating the Lunar New Year of the Wood Snake will be unveiled to the public by Grote Business Precinct and the City of Adelaide.  

Each year the interactive artwork is positioned at the Grote Street entrance to Chinatown for local businesses, residents, visitors and their families to take 'selfies' and share on social media.  It is said to bring good fortune and prosperity. 

Final preparations are being made by MakerSpace Adelaide before all will be revealed so keep in touch on facebook and instagram for launch details.  

The new installation will be available 24 7 throughout 2025 so make sure you visit the site when you visit Chinatown and the Central Market.
